PALESTINIAN EMBROIDERY

Palestinian Folklore is an important manifestation of Palestinian identity. Preserving it and highlighting its beautiful aspects is a national responsibility which Inash Alusra Association has taken a prominent role in shouldering , ever since its establishment in 1965. Palestinian embroidery, renowned all over the world, is one of the most beautiful Palestinian folkloric handicrafts, which has been given special attention and care by the Association, encouraging great numbers of women to pursue this handicraft and developing it to become a veritable fine art.
