Shipping Policy

Delivery

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

All our products are shipped by Tornado Company, or any other carrier selected by the Association, from Inash Al-Usra Association in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate to the destination you choose in Palestine. Delivery normally takes two (2) to five (5) business days, depending on your location.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders sent outside Palestine. Any such charge is shown to you before payment is completed.

Delivery times

The delivery times given above are estimates. The Association is not responsible for delays arising from causes outside its control, including checkpoint and crossing procedures and their closures, customs procedures, or force majeure.

If delivery ultimately fails for any of these reasons, the price of the item is refunded to you.

Missing or damaged items

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date, with any photographs or documents available. The Association will supply the missing items, replace the damaged ones, or refund their value, at its own cost.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is handed to the carrier, and the full amount is refunded to you.

This does not apply to embroidered made-to-order pieces where work has already begun.

If an item is out of stock

If a product cannot be supplied after payment, the Association will notify you within three (3) business days. You may then choose an alternative product, wait until the item is available, or receive a full refund.

Customs duties

Customs duties or import taxes may be charged on your order depending on the country or region it is shipped to.

Inash Al-Usra Association accepts no responsibility for customs duties, taxes or other additional costs imposed by the authorities of the destination country — except where those charges arise from an error by the Association in the invoice, in the export data, or in the description of the contents of the shipment, in which case the Association bears them.

We recommend contacting the customs authorities in your country to find out the expected total cost before completing your purchase.
