This website is operated by Inash Al-Usra Association in Al-Bireh. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Inash Al-Usra Association. The Association provides this website, including all information, tools and services available from it to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and content contributors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Section 1 — Online store terms

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this website is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Palestine. Palestine is our country of residence.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to provide are transmitted directly to our payment service provider over a secure connection. Cardholders should retain a copy of transaction records and of the merchant's policies and rules.

We accept online payment by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Product prices are displayed in Israeli shekels for orders within Palestine, and in US dollars for orders outside Palestine. The final amount and its currency are shown to the customer before payment is completed. Any exchange-rate differences, or fees imposed by banks or card issuers, are borne by the customer and not by the Association.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are of the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including without limitation copyright laws.

You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive or malicious nature.

A material breach of any of these terms entitles us to terminate your services after notifying you of the breach, unless the breach is of a kind requiring immediate intervention to protect the site or other users. Termination does not affect orders paid for before it; those orders are either fulfilled or refunded to the customer.

Section 2 — General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Data protection. The Association collects only the customer data necessary to fulfil the order and arrange shipping. We undertake to keep that data confidential and not to share it with any third party beyond what is necessary to complete the order — namely the payment service provider and the shipping company — or as required by law. You have the right to request access to your data, or its correction or deletion, by writing to the Association, unless retention is required by law or for accounting purposes. Payment data is transmitted encrypted over a secure connection and is not stored by the Association. Transmission may involve (a) transfers over various networks and (b) changes to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to these Terms of Service. You may review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes in respect of orders placed after the date of posting only. Orders placed before that date are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed. Each version of these terms carries a version number and effective date shown at the foot of the page; the Association retains previous versions and makes them available to the customer on request.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
